Our Early/Head Start programs in Lake County meet rigorous local, state and federal standards to ensure infants, toddlers, pregnant people and families receive comprehensive, high-quality support from the very beginning.
Our Beach Park and Waukegan programs are funded through Early/Head Start and Preschool for All. Our program is fully licensed by the Illinois Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS). We also adhere to the Head Start Program Performance Standards, which guide our work in early learning, health, family engagement and continuous improvement.
