Don't Miss It: Educare Lake County's groundbreaking ceremony will be on May 11, 2026!

About Us

Start Early partners with families and communities to provide high-quality and welcoming early learning that supports children’s growth from birth through age five.

Learning
 Through Play

High-quality early childhood education helps young children learn and grow during the years when their brains develop the most. In a strong early learning program, children get to explore, play and ask questions. These everyday moments help them build skills they will use for the rest of their lives.

Our Principles

Educating the
Whole Child

Children learn how to work with others, solve problems, and manage their feelings. They build early reading, math and language skills that make school easier later on. They also gain confidence by feeling safe, supported and understood.

Including
the Family

For parents, high-quality early childhood education means having partners you can trust. Teachers work with families, share updates and help you
support your child at home.
