Start Early’s Early Learning Centers are Early Head Start/Head Start and Preschool for All programs
All families must meet the Federal Poverty Guidelines in order to enroll in our programs. Families with children who are diverse learners, or children with suspected or diagnosed disabilities, are encouraged to apply.

Ready to Apply?
Please review the list below and ensure you have all the documentation needed to determine eligibility for Head Start services. Missing documentation will delay the process.
Once your child is determined to be eligible for Head Start services, your child will be placed on the waitlist until a vacancy occurs.
If your child is not selected for enrollment, you will be asked to reapply for the next school year.
Below is a list of the documents that will assist in determining your eligibility for our Head Start program.
- Original Birth Certificate for child(ren).
- State ID with your current address.
- Enrolling child(ren)’s medical card. The Benefits letter cannot be accepted.
- Income documentation that includes: SNAP, TANF, SSI documentation of benefits or income.
- IFSP/IEP or other evaluations or diagnosis documentation.
- Health Action Plan completed by the child’s pediatrician or specialist for chronic health conditions such as asthma, eczema, heart conditions, seizures, etc.
